The Group has warehousing sheds and godowns in the Kolkata Port and Budge Budge industrial areas, which have been given on lease to various industries.

We also intend to construct a multi-storied warehousing and industrial estate catering to small and medium non polluting industries in the Taratalla area of Kolkata.

Spread across thirteen acres of land, 8 - 10 lac sq ft is proposed to be constructed in the next three to five years.

This estate would provide the most modern facilities and amenities including multiple size modules, goods elevators, power back up, loading and unloading dock, fire and building management systems, conference and training facilities etc.
